Featured Products

This isn't so much a story as sheer amazement at how popular culture has adopted the Apple-Tini. Using Wikipedia as a source, the Apple-tini is: a) a favorite drink of Alan on 2 1/2 Men b) a favorite drink of JD on Scrubs c) a supposed favorite of Facebook from the movie "Social Network" d) referenced on "My Little Pony" My Little Pony - geez.

Prepare the cake pan: Fill the outer pan with 1-2 ounces of water. Moisten the cake blanket with cold water. Lightly wring excess water into the outer pan. Lay the cake blanket inside the outer pan. Place the inner pan over the cake blanket. Line the inner pan with a CUI cake baking sheet. Pour the cake batter into cake pan. Baking Instructions for a 1X size cake (feeds 8-10) Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Bake cake for 70 minutes. Raise oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake for another 15 -20 minutes until inside is completely cooked. Baking Instructions for a 2X size cake (feeds (16-20) Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Bake cake for 2 hours. So many choices. A simple glaze is always a good choice. 1 cup of of powdered sugar combined with 3 TBSP of apple liqueur is always a good choice. Apple-tini buttercream - piped around the edges - can create a nice frothy look. Blend 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 cup softened butter until peaks. Mix in 1 TBSP vodka and 1 TBSP apple liquer. Pipe around the edges using a pastry bag. Top with apple slices or cranberry pieces.
